All payments made to Technicians USA Vendor Services (TUSA) are subject to the terms outlined in applicable service agreements. Refunds, if applicable, will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed unless explicitly stated in a written agreement.
By engaging our services, you agree that any disputes regarding charges must be addressed directly with TUSA prior to initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your financial institution. Filing false, fraudulent, or unjustified chargebacks or claims may result in immediate termination of services and could lead to legal action to recover damages, fees, and associated costs to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Refund Policy - the basics
Technicians USA Vendor Services (TUSA) is committed to delivering high-quality services. Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis depending on the nature of the service and the terms outlined in the applicable agreement.
Requests for refunds must be submitted in writing within a reasonable timeframe after the service is completed or scheduled. Approved refunds will be processed using the original method of payment when possible.
TUSA reserves the right to deny refund requests for services that have been completed, partially performed, or where costs have already been incurred.
Refund Policy Review Process
All refund requests submitted to Technicians USA Vendor Services (TUSA) are subject to a formal review process. Upon receipt, requests are evaluated based on service agreements, scope of work, and completion status.
The review process may take between 30 to 90 days to complete, depending on the complexity of the request and any required documentation. During this time, TUSA may request additional information to support the evaluation. All decisions made following the review process are final.
